Contributed to Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), enterprise integrations, real-time GIS services, emergency communications, incident management workflows, and operational dashboards supporting public safety operations.

Implemented secure integrations, REST APIs, authentication services, SQL Server optimization initiatives, and high-volume data archival solutions. Collaborated with distributed engineering teams across Saudi Arabia and USA to deliver highly available public safety systems operating 24/7.
